2. Bookings, Payments & Deposits
A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or signed agreement is received.
Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Full payment terms, event times, and service details will be outlined in your personalized booking confirmation or service agreement.
Once Upon A Photo reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking due to equipment issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Event Responsibilities
The client (you) must ensure suitable access, space, and power supply for equipment setup.
Any damage to equipment due to misuse, negligence, or unsafe conditions at the event venue may result in additional charges.
For safety and service quality, our team reserves the right to stop operation if conditions become unsafe or equipment is at risk.
4. Photography, Media & Usage Rights
By booking our Services, you grant Once Upon A Photo permission to capture and use event photos or videos for promotional purposes (social media, website galleries, print materials, etc.), unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Guests who use our photo booths or participate in photo/video activities agree to these same terms.
5. Third-Party Vendors
In some cases, we may partner with other vendors or venues. These third parties operate independently from Once Upon A Photo.
We are not responsible for their services, actions, or pricing. Please review any separate terms directly with those providers.
5A. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Description of SMS Services
Once Upon A Photo LLC offers an optional SMS text messaging service to communicate with customers about their event bookings and promotional offers. Our SMS program includes:
Transactional Messages:
- Booking confirmations sent immediately after reservation
- Appointment reminders sent 24-48 hours before scheduled events
- Event updates, changes, or cancellations
- Post-event follow-up and feedback requests
Promotional Messages:
- Seasonal offers and package discounts
- New service announcements
- Special event promotions
- Exclusive customer deals
Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 2-4 transactional messages per booked event, plus up to 2 promotional messages per month. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and promotional campaigns.
Consent Requirement
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Once Upon A Photo LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may still book our services without opting in to SMS.
How to Opt Out
